Lao Cotton Award
History
In 1984, the Center for Development and Promotion of Lao Textile and Handicraft was founded by Lao Government and the United Nation Development Program (UNDP) as a training facility to help women in Laos by capitalizing on their traditional weaving skills. Since 1996, it has been operated as a business unit under Lao Women Union.
Vision
To constantly supply varieties of Lao textile to society, Lao Cotton intends to be excellent manufacturer in increasing customer satisfaction as well as the society, partners and all employees.
